Core Values:
In order to realize the vision of the institute and fulfil the mission statement, the institute shall root in the following core values;
1.Professionalism.The institute shall maintain the highest level of professionalism possible. The relevant acts and guidelines that regulate training of health workers right from admission to award of certificates and transcripts shall be followed.
2.Quality.In order to compete favourably in the labour market, the institute must produce competent graduates. Quality assurance systems and guidelines will be instituted and adhered to by both academic staff and students.
3.Efficiency.The institute shall ensure professional management of all its resources and put available resources to the best use to minimize economic losses and optimize efficiency gains.
4.Responsibility.All internal stake holders shall take responsibility for their actions and these must be aligned to achieve the objectives of the institute
