Objectives

1.To provide full-time or part-time courses of study and training in such fields of applied learning and research in allied health sciences.
2.To arrange and organize conferences, seminars, workshops and study groups in its fields of operations.
3.To perform such other functions as may be directed by the Governing Council on the advice of the National Council of Higher Education in the promotion of higher education.
4.To partner with any lawful tertiary institution or university in implementing programs that have objects of mutual interest.


Koboko Institute of Science & Technology (KIST)

Koboko Institute of Sciences and Technology (KIST) is a health training tertiary institution founded by Pioneer Health Foundation (PHF), a registered company established to offer medical services and training of health workers in Uganda.

The institute is located in Pakayo village, Midia parish in Midia Sub County, Koboko District, about 1.5km from the centre of Koboko municipality along Koboko- Oraba high way.
